Interactive meditation is a term I've coined for one of my primary "go to" tools when working with clients.
Meditation and interactive meditation have been two of the most effective techniques for healing, finding answers, and inner peace that I have come across on my path.
While there are many different meditation techniques, the goal is to settle the mind and body and to become present, in a state of inner peace. Interactive meditation works by initially guiding the client into this state of relaxation. In this state of relaxation, or meditation, we are more aware than when we are in our normal functioning state. We are more aware of our deeper desires and our intuition/inner wisdom. From this relaxed, higher state of awareness, I facilitate an interaction with the client who now has clearer access to their subconscious mind and deeper levels of wisdom.
